This vineyard was added to the Kanzler Vineyards portfolio in 2008. Located in the far western reaches of Petaluma this vineyard pushes the envelope in terms of climate suitable for growing Pinot Noir. Windy, foggy conditions often prevail here, and the vines have to struggle to ripen the fruit. But the result is fruit that is often spectacularly complex and flavorful. Kanzler Vineyard takes selected rows of clone 115 which we add to our Sonoma Coast blend.
