| Tasting Notes: | Fleshy red and dark berry preserve flavors are chewy and palate-staining, gaining energy and spicy lift on the close. Light, youthful tannins add grip to the persistent, sappy finish. Offers a deft balance of richness and lift, in a decidedly New World mold. Very enjoyable to drink now, though will benefit from a few more years of bottle aging.
